Physical Security

Presentation
Physical security is a vital part of every business and is treated as a matter of course. However, statistics show that security breaches happen frequently and appropriate physical measures are often not in place. This talk will examine physical security controls according to ISO 27002 and will describe common attacks on typical measures implemented in companies. The audience will get an overview of common physical pitfalls and how to prevent them. In addition, the participants will be introduced to the art of lock picking and manipulation and will get the chance to try it out themselves.

Practical
During this longer session participants will get the opportunity to further lock picking for themselves after a specialized talk and guidance from Thomas Hackner.
